Rental Service Terms and Conditions

• Equipment rental prices are based on a 5 day rental period and includes shipping.  Your rental period begins as of the date you recieve the camera.  All shipping is done through USPS can is tracked.  Equipment returns must be postmarked within 2 business days of the end of your rental period.  Overdue charges will acrue at a rate of $20/day.
  
• Lost equipment will be charged $150 equipment replacement fee.
  
• Equipment returned to us in non-working condition, you will be charged a $150 equipment replacement fee.
  
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged video footage.
  
• We inspect and maintain all equipment prior to renting it. If a problem occurs, please notify us immediately.  We will provide a full refund in the event that you receive defective equipment.
